Hi gents!

Today I show you my new army, that I bought from a friend earlier. It's pretty much the original army, excepted the addition of unit patches for tank commanders and Armored Infantry, and a unit of 2 M8 motorized howitzers.

So here it comes!! :P

The HQ.

1 platoon of Sherman with 75mm gun.

1 platoon of Sherman with 76mm gun. (love the look of these guys :) )

The Armored Rifle Platoon (ARP)...these guys are amazing, with 2 LMG's, 5 bazookas and even a 60mm mortar... an army on its own ;)

Plus 5 M3 halftracks with .50 cal HMG....some heavy firepower goodies.... :P

You can see all the armpatches I've painted to show that they belong to an Armored Division.

An Assault howitzer platoon with 2 M8 HMC.

And my 2 objectives, the burned out tank and german prisoners escorted by MPs.

The end is near...

And of course the assorted token and dice box...

...and the army personal transport box...a genuine .50 cal ammo box :P

I know that my tanks don't have any markings but I don't know if it would be better with or without as 2nd AD tank crews habitually erased or hid them to be less visible :)

je laisse les socles de couleur plus ou moins basique (terre) afin qu'il puissent se fondre dans a peu pres tous les paysages et qu'ils ne fassent pas tache sur un champ de bataille qui n'est pas forcement rempli d'herbe :)

Belle peinture mais pourquoi ne pas peindre les socles des soldats afin de les confondre avec le tapis d'herbe ?
